Lead Apostle Saa Marc Leno, the lead Apostle for West Africa 1, has been visiting Sierra Leone starting from the West to the South, East and North of the country

Southern Sierra Leone
Lead Apostle Leno was in Freetown for administration from the 1st June to 3rd June. He proceeded to Bo central church, working area of Apostle Saidu Bob-Freeman, where he held a meeting with District Rectors on Friday, the 5th June. On Sunday, 7th June, he conducted a divine service at Moriba-town in the Bonthe district – inland. On Wednesday, he also conducted a youth service at Yarmandu.

Eastern Sierra Leone
Lead Apostle Leno further went to Moyamba, Peje-West chiefdom, Kailahun district, where he dedicated a new church building on Friday, the 12th June; he conducted divines services in Koindu, Kissy-Teng chiefdom at 10 am., and at 6 pm at Yabaima, in the Kissy-Tongi chiefdom on Saturday the 13th June. On Sunday the 14th June, he conducted a divine service at Kailahun central church, a youth service the following day at Saffa-town (Peje-Gbongre chiefdom), and he held ministers meeting at Segbwema on Tuesday the 16th June. On Thursday, the 18th June, the Lead Apostle conducted a divine service at Njegbewma, Kono district at 10 am., youth service at Yardu on Friday the 19th June, and on Saturday 20th June, he held ministers meeting at Koidu central church – working area of Ap. Thaimu Kargbo

Northern Sierra Leone
His Salone mission finally took him to Kabala. On Thursday, the 24th June, the Lead Apostle held a ministers meeting at 10am. On Friday, the 25th June. The Lead Apostle and Abu Tamba Bangura (the host), conducted a youth service at Kanuka congregation; the following day he conducted a divine service at Karpendiogo and Kayokobay congregations (combined), and conducted the final divine service of his trip at Kabala central church, on Sunday the 29th of June 2026 at 10 am. The Lead Apostle Leno, in the meetings with church ministers encouraged them to work hard to maintain / develop the congregations; in line with the doctrine and stress the use of our Guide for Ministers – GfM and relative publications, let alone the church website browsing. He admonished the youth to take good care of themselves, in reference to the gospel of Jesus.  They should adhere to the teachings of the church; gearing towards preparing them as leaders of now and the future. Lead Apostle Leno’s sermon was on faith, and the love for God and humanity and how the church has to work assiduously to prepare the bridal congregation for imminent return of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
