The meeting started at 10:00am.  Apostle Thaimu Kargbo formally introduced him to Ministers of the 15 Church districts within Kailahun political District.

Text for the meeting was taken from Titus 2: 9-10 - Teach bondservants to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them, and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive.

Lead Apostle then divided the Ministers into four groups: 1. District Ministers, 2 Deputy District Ministers, 3. Congregational Ministers (Congregational rectors) and 4. Priests, Deacons, Community Evangelists.
Groups one to three were asked to state their responsibilities as Ministers. Group four to state their calling as Ministers.

After the group presentations, he admonished Ministers to be imitators and supporters in the work of God. We should practice the doctrinal knowledge, collaborate well by asking for forgiveness, know the values of others and be sure of our pronouncements.

Apostle Leno stated some attributes of good leaders: Source of peace, Initiators, Socialists, Organisers, Instructors, Role models, Collaborators etc.
As leaders, we should copy good manners of the predecessors; but never to imitate their bad examples.

Apostle Thaimu Kargbo thanked Lead Apostle for refreshing the minds of ministers of their responsibilities - both ministers and leaders. Lead Apostle closed the meeting with a Bible text taken from Matthew 20: 26-27; about 135 ministers in attendance
