All powers have been given onto me in heaven and earth

Apostle Braima Saffa visited Lumley congregation, west of Freetown on the 25th June 2023, a day after the Sierra Leone general elections. The atmosphere was tensed as results were awaited. Notwithstanding, the schedule of Apostle was honored.

About 100 came for the divine service inwhich 21 souls were sealed: 14 were baptized by District Evangelist Benson Alfred Sesay,  Apostle Saffa adopted six and one soul was awaiting holy sealing.

The text word was out of Mathhew 28:18 “And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.”

Jesus has sent his Apostles/disciples to prepare the bridal congregation for eternal fellowship with God in heaven, on Jesus eminent return. The power to preached the gospel - do soul care work, to love, forgive etc., should not be misused. It should rather be done in the nature of the Lord - essential thoughts of the sermon.

He prayed for peace especially for the post-election tensions in Sierra Leone.

He announced the visit of the Leading Apostle – Has-Jurgen Bauer in July 2023; an effort to continue the mission as Jesus instructed in his farewell statements like in the 19th verse of Matthew 18 – “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit...” Using the power of the Holy Spirit consciously.
