Welcoming Apostle Bauer and entourage to Kenema
18 May 2017

Leading Apostle Hans-Jurgen Bauer blessed three congregations in SALONE (Sierra Leone).

The Leading Apostle Bauer served in Kenema – Eastern Salone on his way to Guinea. About 570 attended the divine service on Saturday the 5th May, 2016 at 6:00 PM. The congregations of that area were blessed with the ordination of 13 Community Evangelists. The text word was from John 8:29 “And He who sent Me is with Me. The father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him”.

In Kailahun
Whist on his way from Guinea, Apostle Bauer, accompanied by Apostle Marc Leno and the host Apostle Thaimu Kargbo conducted a solemn divine service in Kailahun – also East of Salone – for the first time. This happened on the 8th May, 2017 at 9:30 AM. Over 600 participants attended the service with the ordination of 1 shepherd and 9 Community Evangelists, for the congregations in that district. Matthew 10:32 was used for the sermon.

Come and See!
After meeting with the Apostles and Bishops of Sierra Leone and Apostle Leno of Guinea in the Admin office, Freetown, the Leading Apostle concluded with a divine service in Lumley – newly built church. It was on Wednesday 10th May, 2017 at 6:00 PM. He read a text out of John 1:46 “And Nathaniel said to him, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.”
He symbolically referred to the new building as being fine to see but this beauty should be maintained like the temple of God. In the same line, as believers and disciplined followers of Jesus, should maintain our faith; render our heart pure – the temple of God - for our Lord to dwell in. He emphasized that our faith is not based on the evidence of miracles, manipulation of words but invitation of all to come and see what the Lord is doing for believers through Apostle ministry of reconciliation. Preparing the bridal congregation for the day of the Lord. The attendance was about 300. The service was project live on a screen for those sitting outside.
It was a blessed moment for the brothers and sisters in those parts of Sierra Leone.
