Karl Kuhnle Memorial High School, Kenema unveils a newly constructed water well.

One of the first New Apostolic Schools established in Sierra Leone is the Karl Kuhnle Memorial High school. The enrolment is about 300 Junior and Senior secondary school pupils offering Science and Commerce.

The school and the Tissor community in Kenema presented the newly constructed pure drinking water well to the visitors - Apostle Albert Garber, Apostle Thaimu Kargbo of Sierra Leone, Apostle Saa Marc Leno of Guinea, District Wolfgang Oehler of Germany, Retired Apostle Robinson Musa Saidu and the like.

Parents, teachers, students and other invitees were present to grace the occasion. The pupils sang songs, performed plays dramatizing appreciation and challenges (especially accommodation), of the school, nice statements of gratefulness to God and Jorg Wolf Foundation, which through the New Apostolic Church made the donation.

Five brilliant students received a year scholarship as motivation to work hard in school

It was a jubilant atmosphere as the children gathered round the water well, pumping and drinking it; that they will no longer suffer to fetch water from far places.
