Apostle Sanpha Sesay sealed 37 souls and ordained two ministers at Masimera congregation.

On the 22nd September 2019, Apostle Sanpha Sesay conducted a divine service at Masimera congregation, Bombali district of Northern Sierra Leone.

The divine service started with a Sunday school conducted by Brother John Koroma. The story thought was about how Peter was led out of prison by an angel - Acts 12:1-17; with 16 children in attendance before the divine service.

While the Apostle and other ministers came out of the vestry, the choir sang local songs as opening and paving hymns. The word of God was from John 14:26 “But the helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the father will send in my name, He will teach you all things and bring to remembrance all that I have said to you”.

He elaborated on the promises of God, of which most of them have been fulfilled and only one promise remain to fulfill - the return of our lord and savior Jesus Christ. Therefore, the Holy Spirit helps us to sharpen our conscience, to distinguish between good and evil and to put His love in our heart for our neighbor.

He was assisted by District Elder Komba Mbayo and he emphasized on the importance of the Holy Spirit to the congregation.

Further, the Apostle performed a holy act of sealing. He admonished the souls to stay focus on the spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ and keep the promise until the day of the Lord’s return. After given their audible yes to the vow, the 37 souls were sealed.
David Tarawalie was ordained Priest and John Koroma Deacon to carry out the work of God. In addition, to prepare the bridal congregation for the return of Christ Jesus.   The service ended at 11:30am with a total attendance of 98 members. What a blessed and holy moment!
